Online: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

Mail: Check or Money Order.

Note: Please include your order invoice that was e-mailed to you along with your payment by check or money order as it allows us to track orders properly. Select "Check or money order" as your payment method and be sure to click the "Submit Order" button after reviewing, otherwise your order isn't completed. Processing will not begin until payment is received.

Group pricing is available. Information is available on-line or you may contact us either by e-mail, info@cestesting.com, or call our office toll free at, 888.713.1249. Please note that all orders must go to one address and be returned from one address.

We strive to answer phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours. Sometimes that will be impossible and may take up to 48 hours. Customer service is important to us and we endeavor to improve daily. As with any service provider, we’re only as good as you say we are, so to that end, please let us know what you think. The price of our testing service covers all testing materials, shipping to you and a Score Report, along with the Diagnostic Profile if the student has taken the Complete Battery. You are responsible for shipping costs in returning the testing materials to Crosspointe Educational Services.

When ordering our testing services, please remember that we need at least two weeks advance notice to allow for processing. A shorter time period may be possible and we will accommodate your request as best as possible. Please send us an e-mail with your request at info@cestesting.com or call us, toll free, at 888.713.1249 before placing your order. A rush processing fee may apply.

Tests are sent to you at the beginning of the week prior to your chosen testing week. Be sure to check your order upon receipt to familiarize yourself with the test and paperwork. Keep tests securely stored as you are responsible for the security of the test.

If you choose to cancel your order at least three weeks prior to your testing week, a full refund will be granted. If you cancel your order less than three weeks prior to testing, but prior to shipping of materials, this is typically one week prior to test week, a full refund less a $15.00 processing fee will be granted. If you cancel your order after the materials have been shipped, a refund of one-half the order will be granted provided that all materials are returned to Crosspointe Educational Services within one week of cancellation. If materials are damaged, have been used, or are not received within one week of canceling or original test week, no refund will be granted.
