Frequently Asked Questions - General Items

It depends on your state regulations. Check with your state for their particular requirements and take a look at the linked page here http://www.hslda.org/laws/default.asp for further home school information. No matter what the requirements are, our testing services are available year-round and typically must be administered within 12 months from beginning of your school year.

We strive to answer phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours. Sometimes that will be impossible and may take up to 48 hours. Customer service is important to us and we endeavor to improve daily. As with any service provider, we’re only as good as you say we are, so to that end, please let us know what you think. Send us a note at info@cestesting.com or give us a call, toll free, at 888.713.1249 and let us know!
